My "Monthly" Update!

I tell ya, time goes so fast and I really do mean to post more often but then things just get busy! The past month has been so-so for sales. I did really well for a week or two and now the past week or so has been really slow. I guess that's the way it goes! I sold quite a few jars....47 to be exact, among other things in my vintage Etsy shop. I had 14 different orders for a total of $439.23. My button shop is slow because I just don't have time to list much but I did have 4 different orders of 9 packages of buttons for a grand total of $43.85. On eBay I sold 24 items for a total of $372.85. Here are some of the highlights!

Shoes! I love selling shoes! I'm hoping to find lots of them this year when yard sales start! This pair of New Balance shoes were $16.88 at Goodwill. I hated to pay that much but they were in excellent shape and I knew I could make money on them!

I found these Under Armour shoes at a Goodwill in another town when I was buying jars from someone! These were $3.99 and were pretty dirty but they cleaned up well and I made $18.37 clear on them!

My dear sister is always bringing me some goodies when she visits! She brought this pair of really cute shoes and I sold them for $15.95. Thanks Naomi!

Don't forget to pick up stitchery kits and even finished pieces...even if they are not framed!

Paid $1.00 - Sold for $19.95 - Profit $15.60

Finished "Friend" Cross Stitch
Paid $1.00 - Sold for $12.50 - Profit $9.36

The "Friend" cross stitch did have a few small spots on it which I disclosed in the listing. I might have asked more for it if it wouldn't have had the spots.

Seems like I see these little lamp globes a lot at sales or at Goodwill. I've sold a few of them so far!

My mom and I both used to collect porcelain dolls. Most of mine ( I really didn't have that many) got broken over the years from having kids around! My mom is downsizing a bit so she gave me this doll to sell. I don't think porcelain dolls are quite as popular as they used to be and I did research prices and settled on $19.95. I was surprised that she actually sold within a few weeks!

Next up is this almost new London Fog ladies coat found at Goodwill.

So, these were a few of my "better" sales....I know....I figure my average sale on eBay is about $15.53 per item...way below what I would like but I'm hoping to change that with yard sales coming up soon! My average in my vintage store was $31.37 per order so that's good! :-)

Thanks so much for stopping by! ~~Pam
